Standard Delivery Charges

Orders under £50: £6.00 +VAT (£7.20 inc VAT)

Orders over £50: FREE Delivery

Standard Delivery Times

Orders are only processed once we have received debit/credit card details and payment confirmation has been obtained.

We also accept cheques, payable to The Direct Cutlery Company Limited. Once we have received confirmation of the cheque payment, we will dispatch the goods.

Deliveries that are in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working day, by our standard courier services.

It is likely that you will need to sign for the parcel, so please ensure somebody is at the address to accept the delivery.

If you require next day guaranteed delivery, or have any other particular delivery requirements, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Return Policy

If, for any reason you are not happy with the product and decide you would like to return the goods back to us, you will have 7 working days of receipt to inform our customer service team. We will happily refund the cost of your purchase.

Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging. We will NOT accept any used or washed products.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the products back to us and the goods should be returned by courier. Please ensure you obtain insurance and a receipt of the products value, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them at our warehouse. Once we have received the returned items we will refund your purchase order back to the original card used. We will not be able to refund the amount to a different debit/credit card to the one you provided during the original order.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Products

If you have not received the goods within the expected time period, please contact our customer service team.

If you have received an order which is incomplete and does not match the order confirmation receipt, please contact our customer service team.

If you happen to receive the products in a damaged state, please inform our customer service team as soon as possible and email us a picture of the damaged products.

Please send the products back to us and we will also refund you with the delivery charges.

Provided the damage is not due to customer neglect, we will offer to refund the full amount or replace the items.

Cancellation of an Existing Order

If you decide you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that we will charge you a cancellation fee of 20% of the full existing order amount.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order and you will have to follow the above returns procedure.

Out of Stock Products

If you have ordered a product that is out of stock or we happen to be low in stock, our customer service team will contact you. In such cases, the customer will have the option to wait for the product to become available, order an alternative or cancel the order.

International Shipping

If you would like our products delivered overseas, please contact our customer service team or provide us with a local delivery address.
