UK PURCHASES & DELIVERY No contract of sale is formed until you have received confirmation from us that your order has been accepted.

UK orders

We aim to deliver your order within 14 days and in most cases we deliver within 7 days. If you have particular delivery requirements, please contact us directly. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days, we will contact you to let you know.

We have a standard delivery charge of £3.50 on all orders under £50. Delivery is free on all orders above that amount.

All orders are sent by standard courier and may arrive as early as the day following despatch. It is likely that you will need to sign for the parcel, so please ensure that there will be somebody at the address to take delivery. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery please contact us - this is often possible to arrange for an additional charge.

If you do not receive your goods within 7 days of our notification of despatch you must inform us, in writing or by e-mail, that you goods have not been received. We will then contact the carriers for a progress report.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and where possible suggest a closely matching alternative. You can then choose whether or not to accept the substitute items.

UK Returns policy

Our money-back guarantee means that you can return goods purchased from us:

a) You can always return an item if it was defective when supplied or if it is not what you ordered. In this case we will be happy to collect goods for return and to refund your original delivery charge as appropriate, i.e. full or part.

b) If you are returning items for any other reason you will be responsible for all carriage charges. In this case, please ensure that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods, what and why you are returning them. In order to obtain your refund the goods should be returned to us in their original condition, within 7 days of your notifying us that you wish to return items. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. You are responsible for any item you wish to return until it is delivered intact to us.

c) Goods cannot be returned to us after they have been used.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES & DELIVERY

No contract of sale is formed until you have accepted the shipping quotation that we provide on receipt of your order.

Overseas Orders

On the website you will see the standard UK charges that apply. However, we are very happy to deliver to other parts of the world for an extra charge. If you live outside the UK, please place your order as normal - ensure the full delivery address is given - and we will then contact you with a quotation for delivery to the address given. We will not charge anything to your credit card until you have accepted our quotation.

Delivery time will vary, depending on location, but we will let you know what it should be once we have received your order. If you require urgent delivery, please let us know and we will, where possible, make the necessary arrangements with appropriate costs.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and where possible suggest a closely matching alternative. You can then choose whether or not to accept the substitute items.

Overseas Returns Policy

Our money-back guarantee means that you can return goods purchased from us.

a) You can always return an item if it was defective when supplied, or if it is not what you ordered. Please advise us when goods are to be returned.

b) If you are returning items for any other reason, you will be responsible for all carriage charges. In this case, please ensure that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods, why and what you are returning.

In order to obtain your refund the goods should be returned to us in their original condition and packing, within 7 days of your notification.
